Wild Game Processing:

Processing Includes

  • Carcass Chilling

  • Custom Cutting

  • Wrapping

  • Freezing (Note: Meat will be held in the freezer for 3 days, After three days there will be a $5 a day per animal charge)

  • Due to the limited space, meat must be picked up within 30 days of notification or meat will be Donated.

Rush Orders

We will process first in first out. If you want to be moved to the front of the list it will be $100/per animal.  Note: this is way cheaper than shipping your animal. 

Skinning

All animals need to be gutted and bled before they can be received for processing.

We are not responsible for loss of meat due to bad shot placement or soiled carcasses before receiving. If aggressive cleaning is required there will be a $35 fee per our discretion.

Basic Processing

All pricing is based on Hanging Carcass Weight. Sausage and Smoked Items are also based on green weight before smoking. All smoked products lose weight during the smoking process. Jerky can lose 60%
